Extrusion by REISER

Utilizing extrusion technology by Reiser's Veemag line of machinery we can product very quickly any products whose dough is compatible with the auger screws. GF products are especially easy to handle with the stainless steel auger screws pushing product throught the die of your choosing. DKP will custom design a die for your application or choose from our myriad of existing die openings.

Packaging

DKP can pack your products ready for retail or by bulk for wholesale application. Utilizing several packing technologies, like Horizontal Flow Wrapping, Vertical Form Fill and Seal, stand up pouch filling, Pneumatic Cartoning Assembly and Gluing, DKP will be able to get your products delivered in the form factory necessary.

Mixing by HOBART

DKP currently has three mixing possibilities for your dough. Our largest mixer is an Italian floor mounted pig tail mixer capable of 300qts per batch. Our Hobart 140qt mixers of which we have three scale your recipe for 100+ lbs batches. Lastly if your product is very delicate we have a tumbling process that handles all of your delciate recipes.
